【経歴と実績】

愛知県生まれ。15年間、京都の伝統工芸の現場で金属加工に携わってきました。

Born in Aichi, Japan. For 15 years, I worked at the forefront of traditional craft and metalworking in Kyoto.

京都の老舗伝統工芸の工房にて、金属製の茶筒を一点ずつ手作業で制作し続けた15年間。
0.1ミリの狂いも許されない精密な仕事の中で、熱処理や削り出しなど、
失われつつある日本の金属加工技術を15年かけて体得しています。

Fifteen years spent handcrafting metal tea canisters, one by one, at a long-established Kyoto craft workshop.
Within work where a tolerance of even 0.1mm was unacceptable,
I developed a deep mastery of Japan's disappearing metalworking techniques —
heat treatment, precision carving, and beyond.

【独立の思想】

2026年、伝統の技法と美学を現代の感性へと繋げるべく『RIORO（リオーロ）』を設立。

In 2026, I founded RIORO — to bring traditional technique and aesthetic into dialogue with contemporary sensibility.

「伝統工芸の技術は、分野も、国境も、時代も超えていくものであるべきだ」という信念のもと、
ジュエリーという最も身近な金属造形への挑戦を始めました。

Guided by the belief that traditional craft should transcend disciplines, borders, and time, I turned to jewelry —
the most personal form of metal work.

型に流し込むだけの大量生産では生まれない、地金の密度、エッジの鋭さ、表面の質感。
それらはすべて、15年間本物だけを相手にしてきた手仕事の歴史が生み出した結晶です。

The density of solid metal, the sharpness of an edge, the character of a surface —
none of these can be replicated by mass production.
They are the result of 15 years spent working only with the real.

現在はジュエリー制作を軸に、京都の老舗「開化堂」が手がけるKaikado Caféをはじめとした、
本質を重んじるクリエイターや空間とのコラボレーションを展開。
京都の自社工房にて、すべての原型制作から最終仕上げまでを一貫して行っています。

Today, RIORO creates jewelry and collaborates with spaces
and creators who share a commitment to substance over surface —
including Kaikado Café, run by Kyoto's long-established Kaikado.
Every piece, from master model to final finish, is made in our Kyoto workshop.
